Did you think we would be living like the Jetsons by now?

What has happened didn't you think we would be living like the Jetsons by now? When I was a kid growing up in the 60s and 70s watching the Jetsons on tv. I allways thought that when I was living in the year 2000-2001 that it would be like the Jetsons.So what has happened where are the flying carz and all the other kool shit they had? Well I feel riped off, how can all this money be spent on weapons, shoes, sports etc something wrong here don't you think?

We should be living in those appartments in space and have all that kool tech stuff.Am I asking to much to be able to press a button and have my car fold up into a brief case? or how about a Rosie the robot to do my house work?
Well I say stop spending all this money on killing ourselves and the rest of the planet and start to live how we were meant be by now ,like the Jetsons.
